NGC and PMG Accepting Submissions of Coins and Notes at Great American Coin and Collectibles Show

Company representatives will accept submissions as well as answer questions at the September/October show.

NGC and PMG will be accepting regular submissions for all service levels at the Great American Coin & Collectibles Show at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois from Wednesday, September 30 until 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 3.

Cut-off times are subject to change. Check with NGC or PMG (at booth #501) for the latest information.

All submissions will be sent to NGC/PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. Services include ancient, US and world coin grading, US and world note grading, PreScreen Bulk submissions, imaging and more.

Submitters must pay by credit card or check at the show; cash cannot be accepted as a form of payment.

Special Note: Due to the special handling required, NGC and PMG do not accept the following coins and notes for First/Early Releases designations, coins over 3.5 inches (90 mm) in diameter and 0.39 inches (10 mm) in depth and coins that NGC requires to be submitted in original Mint-sealed packing, including:

  • Coin & Currency sets
  • American Liberty 4-medal set
  • March of Dimes 3-coin set
  • West Point 2-coin set
  • San Francisco 2-coin Proof set
  • 30th Anniversary Eagles
  • 25th Anniversary Eagles
  • 20th Anniversary Eagles
  • American Liberty Series
  • 10th Anniversary Platinum Sets
  • Uncut sheets

These submissions must be sent directly to NGC and PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, by the submitter.
