PMG Accepting Submissions in Baltimore

Posted on 2/7/2023

Both US and world currency submissions will be accepted at the Whitman Spring Expo.

PMG will be accepting regular submissions for all service levels at the Whitman Spring Expo in Baltimore, Maryland from Thursday, March 16 through 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Submit at the show and save on shipping! Cut-off time may change due to submission volumes. Check with show staff for changes.

All submissions will be sent to PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida for authentication, grading and encapsulation.

When submitting, kindly specify only one service price per submission form. PMG representatives are available to help you prepare your submissions.

Please note:

  • The Friedberg or Pick number should be referenced on the submission form when submitting notes listed in either of these references; if they are not, a fee of $5 per note will be charged.
  • A $10 adjustment fee will be charged for submission forms that must be modified prior to processing. This includes forms with more than one tier listed and bumps in tier levels due to undervalued notes. PMG will generally encapsulate notes in the smallest possible holder.
  • Grading fees do not include shipping and insurance.
  • PMG does not accept uncut sheets at shows. These submissions must be sent directly to PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, by the submitter.

Questions before the event can be directed to PMG Customer Service at service@PMGnotes.com or 1-877-PMG-5570 (764-5570). During the convention, please visit our booth to get answers to any questions about services offered by PMG.

Please remember that PMG does not provide opinions or free evaluations of notes at trade shows.
