World Banknote Auctions Offers Rare PMG-certified Philippines Note

The March auction features over 500 PMG-certified notes from dozens of countries.

A rare Philippine National Bank note certified by Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) is the top lot in World Banknote Auctions’ Live Sale 23. Online bidding is already underway for the sale on March 24, 2022.

The Philippines, National Bank 1920 100 Pesos graded PMG 12 Fine (lot 23397) has an estimate of $6,000 to $8,000. The note was issued by the relatively new bank serving the US territory that had been acquired from Spain in 1898.
