Rarities include high-grade notes from Sarawak, Malaysia and elsewhere.

Hundreds of banknotes certified by Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) are being offered in an auction presented by Monetarium (Singapore) Private Limited, one of the region's leading rare coin and banknote specialists. Bidding is already underway for the Winter Auction, which is divided into seven daily sessions, from December 3-9, 2021.

The top individual note featured in the sale is a Sarawak, Government of Sarawak 1929 25 Dollars graded PMG 55 About Uncirculated (Day 3, lot 3309), with an estimate of SGD80,000 to SGD85,000 (about $59,000 to $63,000 USD).
