This extensive set type is one of the favorites out of all PMG Registry Block Sets, and each collector faces the challenge of finding all Star Block notes for over a 40+ year period. This competition has collectors poring over their dollars, all looking for that perfect combination of letters and stars. Started in 2019, this set currently holds the highest status as being the only complete Star Block set in the PMG Registry. Yet, STEVE R has proven his efforts aren’t over. He explains he will continue to hunt for even higher examples of his notes, revealing 100% completion is just not enough for him.
