Heritage Auctions UK to Accept NGC and PMG Submissions at March UAE Show

The Emirates Philatelic Association (EPA) EPAEX 2019 Stamp Exhibition is March 5-9 in Dubai.

Heritage Auctions UK, an Official Submission Center for Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services™ (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty™ (PMG®), will be attending the EPAEX Stamp Exhibition 2019, March 5-9 at the Dragon Mart 2 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As an Official Submission Center, Heritage Auctions UK accepts coins and banknotes from customers for submission to NGC, NCS and PMG and answers questions about the companies' services and benefits. Heritage Auctions UK will be at booths 3 and 4.

Heritage Auctions UK will charge customers according to the services and fees offered by NGC International UK (NGC UK), the United Kingdom affiliate of NGC, NCS and PMG. Scroll below for the NGC UK services and fees charts.

For submissions at this show only, Heritage Auctions UK will offer free NGC grading and PMG grading for any coins and/or banknotes valued over $1,000 each that are consigned to a future Heritage Auctions sale. Other banknotes will be accepted, but the regular PMG UK grading fees apply.

Coins and banknotes submitted to Heritage Auctions UK during the show can be made available for local pickup in Dubai by the end of April 2019. Clients wishing to have their coins and banknotes shipped to another destination must provide Heritage Auctions UK with a FedEx account number or arrange collection from Heritage Auctions UK's London office.

Heritage Auctions will charge the following fees for NGC, NCS and PMG submissions made at the EPAEX 2019 Stamp Exhibition. Please note that Heritage UK will charge an additional £10 handling fee per submission to cover the cost of transit to and from Dubai.

VarietyPlus® May require a grading tier
Upon request, NGC examines coins for recognized varieties and certifies with applicable designation. Choose a grading tier according to coin value. See NGCcoin.uk/varietyplus for a complete list of varieties we recognize. If you would like a coin already graded by NGC reviewed for variety, do not select a grading tier. Select VarietyPlus service option. The VarietyPlus fee applies when requested regardless of whether NGC determines the coin to be a recognized variety.

Mint Error May require a grading tier
NGC examines Mint Errors and assigns a designation. Coins will be encapsulated at NGC's discretion. Also, choose a grading tier according to coin value and desired turnaround. The Mint Error fee applies when requested regardless of whether NGC determines the coin to be a recognized mint error.

If you disagree with a grade assigned by NGC, you may submit the coin for review for a higher grade. Coin must be intact in its holder. Also, choose a grading tier according to coin value.

Review of PCGS-holdered coins for NGC certification. Coins will be removed from their holders and encapsulated by NGC only if NGC determines that the coins will receive an NGC grade that is the same grade or higher than the grade assigned by PCGS. If you would like your PCGS-holdered coin certified by NGC even if NGC determines that it will receive a lower numeric grade, specify ANY in the CrossOver Minimum Grade column of the NGC Submission Form. If you would like your PCGS-holdered coin certified by NGC even if NGC determines that it will receive an NGC Details grade (or a lower numeric grade), specify DETAILS in the CrossOver Minimum Grade column of the NGC Submission Form. You may not request a minimum grade that is higher than the grade that is on the PCGS holder. Coins holdered by other grading services are not eligible for CrossOver and must be removed from their holders and submitted raw (not holdered), or they may be submitted in their holders if they are accompanied by NGC’s Consent to Remove Coin(s) from Holder(s) Form.
