PMG-graded Notes Highlight Heritage Auctions at Orlando FUN Show
Posted on 1/7/2019
A very rare 1882 $20 Gold Certificate expected to sell for six figures is among the PMG-certified highlights in the Heritage Auctions Currency Auction at the FUN Show this week. Bidding for the finest-known of this rare signature combination was already at $100,000 four days before the auction.
Meanwhile, a Zanzibar 1928 10 Rupees note, the centerpiece of a remarkable collection of nearly 200 notes, is among the PMG-graded rarities in the concurrent Heritage World Currency Auction. This note is part of the Minot Collection, 192 notes mostly from Africa, the vast majority of which was certified by PMG.
