June Heritage Auctions Feature Rarities Graded by NGC and PMG

Two NGC-certified Chinese coins from the near the end of the Qing Dynasty and a PMG-graded banknote from the early years of the People's Republic of China are among the highlights in two sales by Heritage Auctions in Hong Kong, China(China) in late June. Highlights of these sales include:

- Lot 30074 – An 1898-99 China Chekiang Silver Dollar (L&M-282 Y-55), graded NGC MS 66. Estimate: $500,000 to $600,000.
- Lot 30088 — An 1899 China Kiangnan 50 Cents (L&M-224 Y-144A), graded NGC MS 62 PL. Estimate: $250,000 to $300,000.
- Lot 30155 — A 1929 China Silver Dollar (L&M-94 Kann-615) - England, graded NGC PF 65 Matte. Estimate: $100,000 to $150,000.
- Lot 30153 — A 1923 China Gold Dollar (L&M-1096A Kann-1575), graded NGC MS 64. Estimate: $100,000 to $120,000.
- Lot 30073 — An 1898-99 China Chekiang 50 Cent (L&M-283 Y-54), graded NGC MS 67. Estimate: $100,000 to $120,000.
- Lot 30146 — A 1914 China Gold Dollar (L&M-1089), graded NGC MS 62 and holdered with a NGC ACAB Red Dragon label. Estimate: $50,000 to $55,000.
- Lot 30102 — A 1900 China Kirin Silver Dollar (L&M-531, Y-183), graded NGC MS 64. Estimate: $20,000 to $25,000.
- Lot 30093 — A 1904 China Kiangnan Silver Dollar (Y-145A.14), graded NGC MS 66. Estimate: $12,000 to $15,000.
- Lot 30099 — A 1902 China Kirin 50 Cents (L&M-543, Y-182A.1), graded NGC MS 65. Estimate: $6,000 to $8,000.
- Lot 30067 — A 1911 China Long-Whiskered Dragon Silver Dollar (L&M-29), graded NGC MS 63. Estimate: $80,000 to $100,000.
- Lot 30089 — A 1900 China Kiangnan 50 Cent (L&M-232, Y-144A), graded NGC AU 53. Estimate: $80,000 to $100,000.
- Lot 30199 — A 36-piece complete year set of 1-Ounce Gold Pandas with all but one graded NGC MS 69 or NGC MS 70. Estimate: $70,000 to $90,000.
- Lot 30319 — A 1902 Korea 5 Chon, graded NGC AU 58. Estimate: $35,000 to $45,000.
- Lot 30156 — A 1929/1932 China Brass Pattern Dollar (Kann-615 OBV/628 REV), graded NGC MS 64. Estimate: $20,000 to $25,000.
