Special Bank of China (Hong Kong) Centenary Commemorative Banknote Certified by PMG

PMG has certified a Bank of China (Hong Kong, China) Limited HK$100 commemorative note with the fortuitous serial number of BC777777. The note is part of a Gold Premium Edition Charity Set issue that was won by a Hong Kong(China)-based PMG Authorized Dealer, Johnny’s Collection, in public bidding. The dealer decided to immediately submit it to PMG for certification.

Notes with special selected serial numbers were issued in the Charity Sets, which were recently sold in an auction benefiting charitable causes and community projects in Hong Kong(China).

The HK$100 notes are being issued by the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the bank's presence in the Hong Kong(China) region.

PMG is encapsulating all the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Centenary Commemorative banknotes with a special PMG label featuring a red Hong Kong(China) skyline that echoes the themes of the notes.
