NGC, NCS & PMG at the June 2017 HKINF

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services® (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will attend the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF) at The Mira Hotel in Hong Kong, China June 23-25, 2017.

The following services will be offered at the HKINF:

PMG Expedited Grading

PMG will offer its popular two-week expedited turnaround for all notes received at the HKINF or its Hong Kong office in China the week of the show. There is no additional fee for the faster turnaround time. Note: the turnaround time does not include shipping time.

Early Submissions

Submit for NGC grading, NCS conservation and PMG expedited grading before the show opens at the lounge on the 3rd floor of the Mira Hotel. NGC, NCS and PMG representatives will be accepting submissions from 10:00 to 18:00 on June 21 and 22.

Show Submissions

Submit for NGC grading, NCS conservation and PMG expedited grading at booths A3-A6 during the HKINF.

All submissions received by NGC, NCS and PMG are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in the US for grading and, if requested, conservation. After grading, coins and notes are shipped with insurance to the companies’ China Hong Kong office for pick up. All submissions must be picked up at the China Hong Kong office.

Free PMG Evaluations

Adam Howerton, a PMG Grading Finalizer, will be conducting free evaluations of paper money at the HKINF. Evaluations will be provided 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, June 23-25. To ensure that we help as many people as possible there is a limit of 10 notes per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the notes are submitted and evaluated at our office.

Meet Wang Shihong

Meet the author of "An Appreciation of Modern Chinese Precious Metal Coins 1979-2014" and one of the most respected modern Chinese coin collectors and researchers will be at the NGC booth, June 23-25. Stop by to meet the famous modern Chinese coin expert and get his autograph.

Representatives from NGC, NCS and PMG will also be available at booths A3-A6 to answer questions and explain the benefits of NGC, NCS and PMG.
