Certificates of Authenticity No Longer Eligible for Encapsulation

PMG revises policy on certificates of authenticity

Effective immediately, PMG will no longer encapsulate a Certificate of Authenticity or similar document in the same holder as a PMG-graded note. Only bank notes submitted for grading are eligible for encapsulation. This applies to ReHolders of notes as well. ReHolders of notes encapsulated with COAs will no longer be accepted. Any Certificate of Authenticity or similar document will be returned to the submitter, and any additional fees paid by the customer to encapsulate this document will be refunded.
