PMG Announces Change to World Replacement Note Submissions

Beginning March 12, 2014, world replacement notes may be submitted under any PMG Grading Tier if they meet the value requirements. This change means world replacement notes are eligible for bulk submissions including Bulk Consecutive, Bulk Non-consecutive and Bulk Modern in addition to the regular Economy grading tier.
