PMG Grading On-site at the ANA World's Fair of Money

We will be accepting submissions for on-site certification at booth 902 in Philadelphia, PA August 7-11, 2012.

All note types are eligible for grading, including US Fractionals, Confederates, Colonials, MPCs, Obsoletes and World Paper Money.

The following chart describes the complete roster of on-site services offered during this show. Please note the pricing restructure below:

Show Value$35 per note
Notes valued at $1,000 & under. Notes returned by the end of the show.
Show Economy$75 per note
Notes valued up to $3,000. Approximate turnaround time is 24 hours.
Show Express$125 per note
Notes valued up to $10,000. Approximate turnaround time is 24 hours.
Expedited WalkThrough$200 per note
Expedited service for all notes valued up to $25,000. Approximate turnaround time is 4 hours.
High Value WalkThrough$400 per note
Expedited service for all notes valued up to $100,000. Approximate turnaround time is 4 hours.
ReHolder$15 per note
Notes valued up to $10,000. Notes returned by the end of the show.
High Value ReHolder$20 per note
Notes valued over $10,000. Notes returned by the end of the show.

Note: Certain paper money valued under $10,000 that require additional research for authentication are not eligible for Show Value or Show Economy tiers. Submit the following paper money using the Show Express Tier: People’s Republic of China dated 1948-51.

Submissions for on-site grading will be accepted Tuesday, August 7 through 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 10. Throughout the event, PMG show representatives will also be accepting submissions for all service levels to be sent to our office in Sarasota. Cut-off time for regular submissions will be 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11.

Prices and turnaround times are available only for notes that are listed in Friedberg, Criswell, Haxby, Schwan and Pick and correct catalog attribution must be noted on the accompanying submission form. Notes submitted without appropriate attribution may be returned to the PMG office for grading and will be subject to an attribution fee and shipping charges. When submitting, kindly specify only one service price per submission form. PMG Representatives will be available at the show to assist you when preparing a submission. Please note - PMG will no longer be accepting any "CrossOver" submissions.

Please note:

  • We will no longer be accepting uncut sheets at shows. These will need to be sent to our Sarasota, FL location for grading.
  • An attribution fee of $5 per note is charged when notes submitted are not accompanied by a proper catalog number.
  • Submissions left at a show scheduled to be delivered and picked up at a different show are subject to shipping charges.
  • Oversize Notes: The above fees are for individual notes (7 ¾ x 4 ¾). Notes larger than 7 ¾ x 4 ¾ will be charged a $3.00 per note additional service fee.
