NGC and PMG Accepting Submissions at Coinex in London

Certified Collectibles Group – International UK Limited, the London affiliate of NGC and PMG, will accept NGC on-site grading submissions and regular NGC and PMG submissions at Coinex 2026, on September 25-26, 2026. The event will be held in the Ballroom of the Biltmore Hotel, London Mayfair, Grosvenor Square.

On-site Grading

Submissions for the NGC on-site grading event must be received by NGC's UK office by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at NGC's booth at Coinex. Coins will be shipped to NGC's Munich, Germany, affiliate and held for the on-site grading event from November 2-6, 2026. This event includes all grading tiers, including the Modern Bulk and Vintage Bulk grading tiers. Please note that there is an additional £6 fee per coin for on-site grading. NGC will endeavor to have all coins submitted for this event completed and ready for pick-up or return shipment starting Friday, November 20, 2026.

Submitting to NGC and PMG

Regular NGC and PMG submissions will also be accepted. All regular submissions to NGC and PMG are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for grading. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the companies’ London office for pick up.

Completed submissions may be picked up at the London office or shipped back to customers by prior arrangement.
