PMG Announces April On-site Grading Event in Hong Kong

Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will conduct on-site grading of banknotes at the office of Certified Collectibles Group – International Hong Kong Limited from April 7-17, 2026. With on-site grading, PMG provides its full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on location with an extremely fast turnaround time.
Submission deadlines for PMG on-site grading:
- For drop-off in-person, submissions must be made to PMG Hong Kong by 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
- For submissions by mail, packages must be delivered to PMG’s Hong Kong office by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
(Please write "PMG HK OS" on the shipping label or the outside of the shipping box for all on-site grading submissions to ensure that the submission is graded during the on-site event.)
All on-site grading submissions are expected to be completed and ready for pick up or return shipment starting Monday, April 20, 2026.

Collection of on-site grading submissions at HICC or HKCS
If you would like to pick up your on-site grading submissions earlier than April 20, at the HICC (on April 9) or the HKCS (April 10-12), you must select Economy tier or higher, and deliver your submissions to PMG Hong Kong by the following deadlines:
- For drop-off in-person, by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
- For submissions by mail, by the end of the day on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Please indicate “HICC Pick Up” or “HKCS Pick Up” at the time of submission and indicate the desired early pick-up date, to coordinate pick up arrangement with our staff.
HICC and HKCS pick up submissions are expected to be completed and ready to take home by end of their respective shows: 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9 for the HICC; and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12 for the HKCS.
On-site grading submissions may be made at the following locations:
- PMG’s booth at the HICC (April 7-9) in BP International, until 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
- PMG’s booth (E5-E7) at the HKCS (April 10-12) on 18/F, The Mira Hong Kong, until 5 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2026.
- PMG's Hong Kong office, by appointment only.
Esoteric items and large-sized banknotes requiring Custom Holders may require extra processing time and therefore may not be eligible for show pick up. Pick up requests for on-site grading and regular submissions must be confirmed with PMG at least 1 business day in advance.
All on-site grading submissions not being picked up at the HICC or the HKCS are expected to be completed and ready for pick up or return shipment starting Monday, April 20, 2026. Please note, esoteric items may require extra research and may be flagged as “Ineligible for show”. These items will not be accepted for on-site grading and will be shipped to PMG’s US Headquarters for grading.

About the Hong Kong Coin Show
The Hong Kong Coin Show is a prestigious numismatic event held twice a year. Occurring in March/April and September/October, this highly anticipated gathering is organized by three prominent partners: Stack's Bowers, Coin-In-Coin, and Shouxi.com. The primary objective of the Hong Kong Coin Show is to establish Hong Kong as a world-class hub for numismatic auctions and coin shows. To accomplish this mission, the HKCS offers a range of engaging activities, including educational seminars, exhibitions and complimentary appraisals conducted by experts. The April 10-12, 2026, event is being held at the Mira Hong Kong.
Preparing submissions
The PMG On-site Grading Event will be held at the office of Certified Collectibles Group Hong Kong, PMG’s affiliate in Hong Kong, China. All vintage and modern notes are eligible.
Submissions will be accepted from paid PMG, NGC, ASG and CGC Cards Collector members (Associate and higher) and Authorized Dealers. Submissions must be made using the PMG Hong Kong Submission Form.

Fees for on-site grading
For faster processing, collectors and dealers must pay by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of submission. If payment is not made at the time of submission, notes can be returned at the time of completion IF the submitter provides proof that they have paid.
