PMG Now Grading Bulk, Modern, Economy and Standard Tiers Full-Time in Munich

Posted on 1/19/2026

The European paper money collecting community will benefit from additional PMG grading tiers being certified by PMG’s expert team in Munich.

Following the full-time launch of banknote grading services for Bulk and Modern tiers in Munich in 2024, Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) is pleased to announce that the company is offering additional services in Germany, meaning faster turnaround times for European submitters. Now, PMG submissions made under the Economy and Standard grading tiers, in addition to the Bulk and Modern tiers, are being certified by PMG’s expert team at Certified Collectibles Group – International GmbH (CCG GmbH), its affiliate in Munich, Germany.

Express, WalkThrough and Unlimited WalkThrough submissions, as well as select notes submitted under other tiers and services, will continue to be shipped with round-trip insurance to PMG’s headquarters in the United States for certification unless they are submitted to one of PMG’s on-site grading events in Europe.
