PMG Grading On-site in Hong Kong in December

Posted on 11/6/2025

Collectors and dealers can submit banknotes at PMG's Hong Kong, China, office or at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair in December.

Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will conduct on-site grading of banknotes at the office of Certified Collectibles Group – International Hong Kong Limited (CCG Hong Kong) from December 2-12, 2025. With on-site grading, PMG provides its full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on location with an extremely fast turnaround time.

If you would like to pick up your on-site grading submissions at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), your submissions must be received by PMG’s Hong Kong office by 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, for submissions by mail; or by Monday, December 8, 2025 (Economy tier or higher), for drop-offs in person at our office. HKINF pick up submissions are expected to be completed and ready to take home by end of show (12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11). Please indicate “HKINF Pick Up” at the time of submission. Esoteric items and large-sized banknotes requiring Custom Holders may require extra processing time and therefore may not be eligible for show pick up. Pick up requests for on-site grading and regular submissions must be confirmed with CCG Hong Kong at least 1 business day in advance.

PMG will still accept on-site grading submissions until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at CCG Hong Kong's booth at the HKINF (A5-A8). All on-site grading submissions not being picked up at the HKINF are expected to be completed and ready for pick up or return shipment starting Monday, December 15, 2025. Please note, esoteric items may require extra research and may be flagged as “Ineligible for show”. These items will not be accepted for on-site grading and will be shipped to PMG’s US Headquarters for grading.

Note: Cutoff times are subject to change due to high demand. Check with show staff for the latest information.

Please write "PMG HK OS" on the shipping label or the outside of the shipping box for all on-site grading submissions to ensure that the submission is graded during the on-site event.
