CCG UK Accepting Submissions for PMG On-site Grading Event in Munich in September

Collectors and dealers can submit now to PMG's London office.

Certified Collectibles Group – International UK Limited (CCG UK), the London affiliate of Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®), will accept submissions for on-site grading of banknotes at its affiliate office in Munich, Germany, from September 17-20, 2025. With on-site grading, PMG provides its full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on location with an extremely fast turnaround time. This is the first time that CCG UK will accept submissions for a banknote on-site grading event in Munich, thus extending the opportunity for a faster turnaround time to UK submitters.

This event includes all grading tiers. Please note that there is an additional £6 fee per note for on-site grading.

Submissions for on-site grading must be received by CCG UK by Friday, September 5, 2025. Submissions can be made in person (by appointment only) or by mail to CCG UK. Please write “Munich OS” on the shipping label or the outside of the shipping box to ensure that the submission is graded during the on-site event.

CCG UK will endeavor to have all notes submitted for this event completed and ready for pick-up at the London office (by appointment only) or return shipment by Monday, September 29, 2025.

Preparing submissions

PMG will accept all modern and vintage notes (up to 10.5 x 14 inches, approximately 267 x 356 millimeters) for the PMG on-site grading event. All submissions for the on-site grading event (including Bulk and Modern tier submissions) will be charged an additional £6 fee per note. There is no additional fee for regular submissions, including Bulk and Modern submissions that are graded during the normal course of business at the Munich office. Stock and bond certificates are not accepted for on-site grading at this time.

Submissions will be accepted from paid PMG Collector members and PMG Authorized Dealers. Submissions must be made using the PMG UK Submission Form.

Fees for on-site grading

For faster processing, collectors and dealers must pay by credit or debit card or at the time of submission. If payment is not made at the time of submission, notes can be returned at the time of completion IF the customer provides proof that they have paid.
