PMG Offers Special Label for Test Notes from 2023 Kuala Lumpur Show

Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) has introduced a special label for tickets to the Kuala Lumpur International Numismatic Fair, which will be held October 13-15, 2023, in Malaysia. The show is being presented by Trigometric, a leading numismatic business in Southeast Asia and an Official Submission Center for PMG.

These tickets, or “test notes,” celebrate the 50th anniversary of the royal visit of Queen Elizabeth II to Malaysia in 1972 aboard the HMS Britannia. The ticket’s obverse shows an image of Queen Elizabeth II, while the reverse features a vibrant image of the Britannia. The Britannia was a Royal Navy yacht that traveled more than a million nautical miles before being retired in 1997.

To request the PMG special label, write label 0346 on your PMG submission form. (PMG can encapsulate a single ticket as well as an uncut sheet of two.)

For previous Trigometric shows, PMG labels were available with other iconic images, such as a regal lion, an attractive peacock and a vibrant butterfly, highlighting the designs of the tickets. The Brittania special label is available for no additional charge until December 31, 2024.
