USPS Changes Corporate Account Policy, Affecting Return Shipping with Express Mail

Posted on 6/29/2023

Starting July 1, 2023, submitters wishing to use USPS Express Mail for return shipping will need to include a prepaid shipping label with their submissions.

The United States Postal Service has officially discontinued its USPS Corporate Accounts (USPSCA) payment method. Effective July 1, 2023, all USPSCA accounts are closed.

Due to this recent change, submitters to the Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) companies who prefer to use USPS Express Mail for return shipping must send in a prepaid shipping label with their submissions. Per USPS policy, the CCG companies are not able to generate Express Mail shipping labels on a submitter's behalf. Therefore, submitters must include their own prepaid shipping label if they still prefer to use the USPS Express Mail service.

Further information on the USPS policy change is available here.
