Submitting to PMG is easy. Please refer to Submitting for an overview of your submission options.

PMG offers several submission tiers and services to meet the needs of collectors and professionals alike. It is necessary to choose the option that corresponds to the value and category of the notes you are submitting as well as the turnaround time you desire. You may submit most US and World notes for grading. For more information on notes accepted by PMG for grading, please see Notes We Grade.

World Notes

Certain paper money valued under $3,000 that require additional research for authentication are not eligible for Standard, Economy or Bulk Tiers; Submit the following paper money using the World Express Tier: People’s Republic of China dated 1948-51. Please note, due to the additional research needed, the turnaround times for these PRC notes may be longer than the estimated 5 day World Express turnaround time.

A $5 handling fee per invoice applies to all submissions in addition to the grading tiers. An attribution fee of $5 per note is charged when notes submitted are not accompanied by proper catalog number (e.g. Friedberg, Pick, etc.). A $10 adjustment fee will be charged for submission forms that must be modified prior to processing. This includes forms with more than one tier listed and bumps in tier levels due to undervalued notes.

Note: Please limit notes to 50 per submission form. For Bulk Consecutive submissions please limit notes to 100 per form. Use multiple submission forms as needed.

Imaging $5 Tier + 1 working day Tier + 1 working day If chosen, PMG provides digital imaging for notes submitted under any of its grading and service tiers at $5 per note. Consists of an accurate Internet-resolution 72 dpi JPEG image of the holder's obverse and reverse. Applies to all notes on the invoice.
Return Mint Packaging $3/submission 1 working day 1 working day Examples include Certificates of Authenticity and Mint folders / boxes.

PMG reserves the right to charge higher tier rates if a submitted item's value exceeds the maximum value allowed using the originally selected tier. This also includes instances where the value provided by the submitter is below the note’s fair market value.
