Good afternoon,

Thank you for your message.  We can correct this label for you at no charge.  If you are a current member, you can submit that back to us on a regular submission form and just notate "Mechanical Error" at the top of the form and cross out any charges.  If you are not a member, then you can contact our customer service department for one of our complimentary services forms which you can submit back with your note. You can also include a receipt for your shipping costs and we can reimburse you for the shipping charges as well.
