  2. Hmm, the first link you included goes to this picture: Maybe the link is incorrect. At any rate, if the note is no longer in our holder, our grade would no longer be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we would not have any idea how many notes might be removed from our holders and resubmitted to PCGS or if those notes have been altered.   7. Good afternoon. Sorry for the delay, our Research Manager was out of the country and I had to wait for him to return to get an answer for you. He advises: We asked out test note expert about his questions. First we added '& Apple' to the label. Second, our expert was not familiar with a test note without the apple.   9. Hello. Thanks for your message. If the note has shifted slightly inside the holder you should be able to gently tap it back into place. If that doesn't work, you can always send it back in to us for a reholder and we would have to put it into a new holder. The catalog numbers we use would be in that book. We don't provide values for notes, unfortunately. You could take your notes to a dealer and have them appraised or you could check online to see what similar notes are selling for at auction to get an idea of value.   15. Good afternoon. No problem, I checked with our research department and it does look like these specific test notes should have the serial number listed. You can send the note back to us for a correction and we will get that added to the label at no charge. Just complete a new submission form and notate "mechanical error" at the top and then notate that the serial number is missing and we will get that fixed for you.   17. Looks like it wasn't listed because the number is all zeros and would be for any note of this type. Because multiple notes of this type will have all zeros, we do not list it at all. Thanks.
  18. Never having graded a particular note type before would not automatically disqualify it from grading. In this particular case, the graders just made the decision that we are not going to grade that particular note type. The notes we grade are ultimately up to our graders and that can change over time. So a note that we may have graded in the past may not currently be graded and vice versa.
  19. Based on the notes in our system, this is a type of note that we are not currently grading. It would be listed as "ineligible type" and you would not be charged any grading fee on that. Thanks.
  20. No, a dealer account would be different. Dealers have to go through a lengthy application process, provide references, etc. Elite members of our Collector's Society would just pay an annual membership fee.

  22. Good morning. For test notes the labels do tend to be a little more vague since there can be a number of different variations and they will all end up as unlisted numbers. Rather than end up with many similar but slightly different varieties, we sometimes just put them under one blanket unlisted number. If you would like to send the note back in for a reholder and specify to have that added to the label, we can do that but you would have to pay the regular reholder fee. Thank you.

However, unless you are also an authorized dealer, you would not receive dealer pricing. If you are a Collector's Society member you would just get the regular Collector's Society pricing. Thanks.
