  1. Good afternoon. Yes, we can encapsulate these, however, they would only receive a descriptive label and not a specific grade. You could put these under our Modern tier and this would also require our $25 custom holder. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
  2. Good afternoon. Based on the information you provided it does sound like these were free samples given away at this particular ANA show. If you can provide the certification number from the back of the label, we can be sure. However, we would not be able to provide you with any information on how many were done for that show, unfortunately. Thanks.
  3. Good afternoon. Since these prints don't have a specific tier there is not a set time frame like there is for other grading tiers. However, it should not take longer than about 14 business days. Thanks!
  4. Good afternoon. These would not qualify as Radar or Repeaters. A Radar would have a serial number that reads the same forward and backward and a repeater would have to have at least 2 repeating digits. You can find out more about fancy serial numbers here: Thank you!
  5. Good afternoon, Right now our Economy and Economy Special tier are running a little over 30 business days so it will be a couple of weeks yet until your order is completed. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service department at 877-764-5570. Thank you!
  6. Good afternoon. Yes, you can submit them under Bulk Modern as long as you have a total of at least 50 notes and they are all valued under $300 so you should be fine here. Under catalog number you can just put "unlisted." If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
  7. Hello. Are you able to provide the certification number for this note so we can review? Thank you!
  8. Thanks! I'll send a message to our imaging department and have them resend those images to you.
  9. Good afternoon. PMG does not buy or sell notes. We are a grading company. If you would like information on how to submit notes to us for grading, you can find that here: You could also post this on our PMG marketplace forum which is for collectors and dealers who are interested in buying or selling notes. Thanks!
  10. Good afternoon. If you chose imaging service, those images are emailed to you. If you have your submission number, I can verify that the images were done and see if they can email those out to you ASAP. Thank you!
  11. No problem! Your invoice is currently in line to start grading. Right now our Economy tier is running about 30 business days so this should be finishing up around the middle of June. You should see the status change once it gets into the grading room and you'll see it change to "scheduled for grading" and then move to "quality control." If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thank you!
  12. Good afternoon. Thanks for your message. Your order status will change as it moves through the grading process. Do you have the invoice number you can provide and we can check your order to see where they are at in the process and if there is some delay. Thanks!
  13. Good afternoon. Thanks for your message. After review, it appears that the difference between 55a and 55b would be the series. 55a would be series A and 55b would be series D. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
  14. Good afternoon. Thanks for your message. We would need to physically examine the note in person before we could make any determinations, however, it is definitely a good possibility that the final grade would be effected by something like writing on the note. We should still be able to grade the note as long as it was not too extensive, however, again, it would all depend on what the graders find when they examine the note. If you would like information on how to submit notes to us, please let me know. Thank you!
  15. Hi, thanks for your message. Yes, we hope to have an app available for PMG soon!
  16. Thanks! I have put in a request with our admin to put a block on this user account.
  17. Thanks! I've deleted those that I saw. Let us know if anymore pop up and we can delete them.
  18. Which forum did you see this post on? We would not approve posts like this for the Ask PMG forum but other forums do not require approval so spam, unfortunately, might get though on those.
  19. Good afternoon. Yes, if you post a comment to the Ask PMG board it does have to be approved by a moderator. Other boards would not need approval, however. If you have a specific post that you are questioning, please let us know and we can review. Thanks!

Good morning. I don't know that it is necessarily better or worse, just how these particular notes were printed. Thanks.

Thank you! So after reviewing it looks like this note was printed on watermarked paper, which is why we notated "Watermark" on the label. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thank you.

Good morning. Thanks for your message. Would you be able to provide the certification number of the note so we can pull it up for review? Thanks!
  23. Good afternoon. We would automatically put the signature on the label so you would not need to choose anything special for that. This variety is referring to an additional reference number that we do not normally list that you might want to add for an additional fee. Thanks!
  24. Good morning. Thank you for your question. Yes, you can certainly request multiple invoices to be shipped back together. In Section 3 of your submission form (Ship Method) you should see a gray box that says "ship with." If you check that box and then write in the other invoice number in that box, we will tag the two invoices to ship back together. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!

Good afternoon. Thanks for your question. EPQ does stand for Exceptional Paper Quality. Even though some notes from certain countries are made from polymer, we still use the same designation of EPQ in those cases. You can find out more about our EPQ status on our website here: Thank you!
