  1. National banknotes are listed on the Population Report, however, they are not broken down into specific banks so the most you could see would just be a more general count based on denomination and FR#. Thanks!
  2. The Population Report is usually updated every Tuesday. Thanks,
  3. Unfortunately, we won't have that info until the Population Report is updated. Sorry about that!
  4. I was an oversight that it was left off the Pop report. The Population Report is updated once a week so you should see that showing up by next week. Thank you.
  5. Hi, I have heard back from our research department and they advised that was just an oversight. It should be all fixed now! If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks!
  6. Thanks! I am checking with our research department on this and will get back to you ASAP.
  7. Hello, thanks for your message. It is possible that we have not graded any of that particular number and that is why there are none showing. Do you have an example of one that is graded and can you provide the certification number from the back of the label? Thanks!
  8. Hi, yes, that is certainly a possibility. It does have to go through a final quality control check so it is definitely possible they noticed it then and reholdered it correctly but failed to get new images taken. Thanks,
  9. Hello, thanks for your message. We do not have record of the note coming back in for a reholder. The last image we have of the note does show it holdered with the note upside down. You might want to double check that with the seller on this one to make sure it has not been tampered with. Thank you,
  10. Good morning. Thanks for your message. PMG is a grading company, we do not provide values for notes that we grade so we could not advise you on the value of the notes. You might check online to see what similar notes are selling for at auction or you could have them appraised by a currency dealer. Thank you,
  11. Hello. Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on the value of notes. PMG is a grading company only. We grade and encapsulate notes that customers send to us but we do not appraise the notes. You might check online or check with a currency dealer to see if they could appraise the notes for you. Thanks!
  12. Hello, thanks for your message. Can you please provide the certification number for the note so we can verify the error? Once we confirm the error we can send you instructions on how to send that back for correction. You would not have to pay to have that reholdered or corrected if it is an error on our part. Thank you!
  13. Hello, this could definitely be considered an error but our graders would need to examine the note in hand before they could be sure. Thanks!
  14. Hello, thanks for your message. This definitely could be considered an error, however, our graders would need to examine the note in hand before they could make any final determinations. If you are interested in submitting notes to us for grading, you can find more information on our website here: https://www.pmgnotes.com/services/Submitting.aspx Thank you!
  15. Good morning, Thank you for your inquiry. In order to send notes to our company for grading you would either need to become a member of the Collector's Society or find a PMG authorized dealer near you to submit the notes for you. I have included a link to our website which goes over the steps needed to sign up for membership as well as the other options you have for submitting notes. http://www.pmgnotes.com/services/Submitting.aspx I have also included a link to the page which outlines the different grading tiers and the pricing for each as well as the current turnaround tim
  16. Hello, are you referring to completing your submission form? Where is it that you are trying to list this information? Thanks.
  17. Hello. We were having some issues with our servers for a couple of days but I do show that is now showing up on the certification lookup. Thank you!
  18. Hello. Thanks for your message. We can list a changeover pair but you would just need to notate it on your submission form that you would like that noted. Thanks!
  19. Hello, thanks for your message. No, this would not qualify as a fancy serial number. If there was another 0 on the end of the number then it would qualify but without that it does not. The condition of the note will be reflected in the final grade. Thank you!
  20. Hello. Thanks for your message. No, unfortunately, PMG does not offer any sort of note restoration or conservation services at this time. Thanks!
  21. Customers can request certain things, such as the name of a personal collection, to be added to the label for an additional fee. In this case, it looks like the original submitter had that added to all of their notes for this order. It looks like this was graded back in 2009. Thanks!
  22. Hello, thanks for your message. It looks like this was a special pedigree requested by the submitter back when it was originally sent in for grading. If you would like to send the note back to us for a reholder, we an remove the pedigree for you, if you wish. Reholders are $10 per note. Thank you!
  23. Hello, thanks for your message. We don't have a specific page on our website where those stats are published. We will just provide an update on the site as part of a regular news feature to update these stats periodically. Thank you!
  24. Hi, thanks for your message. Yes, we are now grading bond certificates but there is no official catalog or reference book we use for these. So you will not be charged any sort of research fee for these and you can leave the catalog number section blank on your form or write N/A. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
  25. Good afternoon. Thanks for your message. We couldn't really make any determinations about a note without first examining it. If you are interested in submitting your note to us for grading, you can find out more information here: https://www.pmgnotes.com/services/Submitting.aspx Thank you!
