PMG GUARANTEE

1. APPLICATION OF GUARANTEE: This guarantee ("PMG Guarantee") is offered by Paper Money Guaranty, LLC ("PMG") to owners or subsequent purchasers of paper currency notes ("Notes") that have previously been graded by PMG.
   
   
2. STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE:
   
   a. Grade Guarantee. Subject to the limitations set forth in this PMG Guarantee, PMG guarantees that no Note shall be "over-graded" by PMG. For purposes of this PMG Guarantee, a Note is considered "over-graded" if - through the PMG "Appearance Review" service - PMG subsequently assigns a grade to a Note that is lower than the grade previously assigned to the Note by PMG.

   b. Genuineness Guarantee. Subject to the limitations set forth in this PMG Guarantee, PMG guarantees that all Notes graded by PMG shall be genuine items. For purposes of this PMG Guarantee, a Note is considered a "genuine" item if PMG determines that the Note is not a counterfeit item.
   

3. EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES:

   a. Grade Guarantee. In the event that any owner or subsequent purchaser of a Note that has previously been graded by PMG believes that the Note has been over-graded by PMG, such person may submit the Note to PMG through its "Appearance Review" service for a review of the assigned grade. If the grade determined under such review in PMG’s sole opinion is ultimately lower than that originally assigned to the Note, PMG shall, at PMG’s option, either exchange the Note in question for an equivalent Note at the earlier higher grade or pay to the submitter the difference between the current fair market value of the Note at the newly established grade and the current fair market value of the Note with the grade originally assigned to such Note. PMG will determine the current fair market value of a Note based upon what PMG believes, in its sole opinion, to be reliable current market information. PMG’s subjective determination of fair market value shall be binding on all parties.
   
   b. Genuineness Guarantee. In the event that any owner or subsequent purchaser of a Note that has previously been graded by PMG believes that the Note is not a genuine item, such person may submit the Note to PMG through its "Appearance Review" service for a review of the Note. If under such review PMG determines that the Note is not a genuine item, PMG shall, at PMG’s option, either exchange the Note in question with an equivalent genuine item or pay to the submitter the fair market value of the Note if the Note were a genuine item. PMG will determine the current fair market value of a Note based upon what PMG believes, in its sole opinion, to be reliable current market information. PMG’s subjective determination of fair market value shall be binding on all parties.
   

4. LIMITATIONS:
   
   WARNING: THE PMG GUARANTEE IS LIMITED

   • The Grade Guarantee portion of this PMG Guarantee does not apply to Notes given a "Net" grade by PMG. For purposes of this PMG Guarantee, a "Net" grade means a grade in which the word "Net" follows the numerical grade. Only the Genuineness Guarantee portion of this PMG Guarantee applies to notes given a "Net" grade by PMG.
   • The PMG Guarantee does not apply to attribution.
   • The PMG Guarantee does not apply to Notes which have been graded by PMG but have subsequently been subjected to abuse, alteration, or improper storage conditions such as (but not limited to) extreme temperature, moisture, damaging environmental conditions, excessive light, excessive motion, improper handling or vibration, or any other extreme conditions.
   • The PMG Guarantee does not apply to Notes that have been removed at any time from their original PMG holder, or to Notes that – in PMG’s reasonable opinion - bear any evidence of holder tampering or holder abuse.
   • The PMG Guarantee does not apply to clerical errors on the label. The determination of what constitutes a clerical error is at the sole discretion of PMG.
   
   
5. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL TERMS:
   
   THIS PMG GUARANTEE TAKES THE PLACE OF AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR OTHERWISE. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS PMG GUARANTEE ARE EXCLUSIVE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS PMG GUARANTEE, ALL OTHER REMEDIES AGAINST PMG, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARE WAIVED.
